position. This position directs and supervises the
clinical operations of the site and interacts closely
with the Clinical Operations Director. Monitors and
maintains programs including clinical standards,
policies and procedures, environment of care, and
managed care compliance. Manages all functions
of the clinical site ensuring compliance with
requiref-nents of accrediting licensing agencies and
legal regulatory guidelines, by performing duties
personally or through subordinate staff. The
applicant should possess a current Registered
Nursing License. Must be highly organized, self
directed, motivated, and able to multi-task. Strong
communication and computer skills are necessary.
Previous experience in primary health care and
